This is a variation on the Swing Out aka Big Apple Swing aka Charleston Basic.

  1. Left foot ball change [Quick Quick]
  2. Left foot kick high forward and raise right hand over head [Slow]
  3. Right foot kick forward [Slow]
  4. Right foot step back, left hand reaches down to touch the floor [Slow]
*Technically, this is two separate calls: Swing High & Swing Low. However, they work well together
