This is a silly break. All dancers, get up on their tippy toes. Dancers pinch their pants, dress or skirt around mid thigh and pull upwards. This is intended to evoke the image of trying to prevent the hem from getting dirty or muddy. Dancers then tiptoe around, often to dancers on either side.
*Note: Historically, this move was called "Sissy Britches". In more modern times, the term "sissy" can be considered impolite or worse. As such, some have renamed the call "Rusty Dusty".
